Dealadesk

Terms

Last updated 9 October 2026

These terms cover using this website. If your business subscribes to Dealadesk, a separate written agreement governs that, and it is the one that counts.

Who we are

Dealadesk Pty Ltd, an Australian company. PO Box 8165, Wynnum North QLD 4178. Write to help@dealadesk.com.

What this page is not

It is not the subscription agreement. A business that uses Dealadesk signs a separate document setting out what it may do on its customers’ behalf, what we charge, and what each side is responsible for. Nothing on this page changes it, and using the website does not create it.

What Dealadesk does, and does not do

Dealadesk is software. It carries a request from a vehicle buying business to dealerships and brings the answers back in one place.

We do not sell vehicles. We are not a party to the sale. The contract for a car is between the customer and the dealership supplying it, and the advice about which car to buy comes from the business the customer hired, not from us.

We do not set prices. A figure in a quote is the dealership’s, and it binds them on their terms, not ours.

What you pay, and refunds

Nothing on this website costs money. A business that subscribes pays under its agreement, and this is what that agreement says about getting money back, stated here so it is findable rather than only signed.

A subscription cancelled part way through a month runs to the end of that calendar month, and nothing is refunded for the rest of it. Giving notice on 2 October means paying for all of October, and a final invoice arrives on 1 November for the month just used. Said plainly because it is the part people are surprised by.

A year paid in advance is not refunded. Access runs to the end of the year that was bought. A year committed to but paid monthly stops at the end of the month or the end of the period, whichever costs less.

A seat added mid-month is charged for the part of the month it existed. A seat removed keeps working until the end of the period it was paid for.

None of this limits the Australian Consumer Law. If something we sold is faulty or not as described, those rights apply and we are not trying to contract out of them.

Using the site

Do not try to reach records that are not yours, disrupt the service, or copy the dealership directory. Those records belong to the businesses on the platform and to the dealerships listed.

If you send us an enquiry, give us details that are true. We act on them.

What is ours

The software, the design and the words on this site are ours. What a business puts into Dealadesk stays theirs, and what a customer tells a business stays the customer’s.

Where we stand behind it

The Australian Consumer Law gives you guarantees that cannot be excluded, and nothing here tries to. Beyond those, this site is provided as it is: we do not promise it will be available without interruption, and we are not responsible for what a dealership quotes or does.

Cookies

Only the ones that keep you signed in. No advertising, no analytics, nothing reporting your visit to anybody else, which is why this site does not ask you to accept cookies. The privacy policy says it in full.

Changes

We may revise this page. The date at the top says when it last changed. A change that affects a subscribing business is made through their agreement, not here.

Where this is governed

Queensland, Australia.
